Before founding Roberts Labor Law, Ibidun worked for the American Federation of Government Employees as a Supervisory Attorney. In that role, she was the principal adviser of the National Veterans Affairs Council. Notably, she developed a strategy for challenging the Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act of 2017, which is still in use by AFGE Locals across the country. Prior to her work with AFGE, Ibidun worked for the U.S. Government Publishing Office, where she represented management officials in navigating labor management relationships with the agency twelve labor organizations. She has also worked as a Negotiator with NTEU. Ibidun's wealth of knowledge and experience in both the labor and management arenas, sets her apart from other federal sector labor law firms. She provides training, bargaining, representation, and consulting. She is a member of the Maryland and D.C. Bar and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
